METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INCOMBUSTIBLE DECORATIVE PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incombustible decorative plate which exhibits incombustibility and is capable of simplifying procedures without having curing, and to provide a method for manufacturing such incombustible decorative plate.SOLUTION: Provided is an incombustible decorative plate 1 having an adhesive layer 3 and a decorative sheet layer 4 laminated in order on one face of a fire-resistant base material 2. The fire-resistant base material is formed by laminating at least a radiation sheet layer 23 and a paper layer 24 in order on a volcanic vitreous multilayer plate 21. The adhesive layer is formed by desiccating an aqueous emulsion based adhesive composition containing an aqueous emulsion based resin and a crosslinking agent. The adhesive layer formed by desiccating the aqueous emulsion based adhesive composition is, in a heated state, laminated with the decorative sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】不燃性を有し、かつ養生なしで工程の簡略化が可能な不燃性化粧板、及び不燃性化粧板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】難燃性基材２の一方の面に、接着剤層３と化粧シート層４とが順に積層された不燃性化粧板１であって、難燃性基材が、火山性ガラス質複層板２１上に、少なくとも輻射シート層２３と紙質層２４とが順に積層されてなり、接着剤層が、水性エマルジョン系樹脂と架橋剤を含有する水性エマルジョン接着剤組成物を乾燥させることにより形成されてなり、前記水性エマルジョン接着剤組成物を乾燥させることにより形成された前記接着剤層が加熱された状態で前記化粧シートと積層されることを特徴とする不燃性化粧板である。【選択図】図１
