ENGINE SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the workability of assembling an engine to an upper rotary body via a support mechanism, and to form the support mechanism into a compact structure.SOLUTION: The engine support structure for supporting an engine 15 to an upper rotary body via a support mechanism is characterized in that an engine side support 21 fitted to the engine 15 side in the support mechanism includes a fitting plate 22, an anti-vibration member 25, and a first connection plate 40 fitted to the vertical-direction intermediate position of the anti-vibration member 25, an upper rotary side support fitted to the upper rotary body side includes a second connection plate having a loose fitting hole, the lower part of the anti-vibration member 25 of the engine side support 21 loosely fits in the loose fitting hole of the second connection plate of the upper rotary body side support, and the first connection plate 40 abuts on the second connection plate to fasten both connection plates 40 in the peripheral side of the loose fitting hole from an upper side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】上部旋回体に支持機構を介してエンジンを組付けるときの作業性を高め、且つ支持機構をコンパクトな構造とする。【解決手段】上部旋回体に、支持機構を介してエンジン15を支持するエンジン支持構造において、支持機構のうち、エンジン15側に取付けられるエンジン側支持体21は、取付プレート22と、防振部材25と、防振部材25の上下方向中間位置に取り付けられた第1連結プレート40とを有する。上部旋回体側に取付けられる上部旋回体側支持体は、遊嵌孔を備えた第2連結プレートを備える。エンジン側支持体21の防振部材25の下部を、上部旋回体側支持体の第2連結プレートの遊嵌孔に遊嵌させるとともに、第1連結プレート40を上記第2連結プレートに当接させて、両連結プレート40を遊嵌孔の周辺において上方から締結する。【選択図】図3
