FOOTING INTEGRATED FOUNDATION PILE STRUCTURE AND FOOTING INTEGRATED FOUNDATION PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a footing to be easily constructed on a foundation pile using a concrete-based precast pile.SOLUTION: A concrete pile body 2 is covered with a steel pipe 10. The steel pipe 10 above the pile body 2 is a projection 12. A precast pile 1 is constructed by disposing a low strength concrete 16 in the projection 12. (a) A pile hole 32 is bored from the ground surface 31 to bury a lower pile 33 and the precast pile 1. (b) The concrete 16 in the projection 12 is removed. (c) Outer peripheral side of the projection 12 of the steel pipe 10 is covered with a lower part 23 of a cylindrical attachment 20, and first open holes 13, 13 of the precast pile 1 and second open holes 26, 26 of the attachment 20 are communicated, and the steel pile 10 and the attachment 20 are fixed with bolts 38 and nuts 39 to construct a footing integrated foundation pile structure 50. (d) One end of an underground beam 41 for footing is fixed on a side face 25 of the attachment 20. 【課題】コンクリート系の既製杭を使った基礎杭でフーチングの構築を容易とする。【解決手段】コンクリート製の杭本体2を鋼管10で覆って、杭本体2の上方の鋼管10を突出部12とし、突出部12内に低強度のコンクリート16を配置して既製杭1とする。地面31から杭穴32を掘削して下杭33、既製杭1を埋設し(a)、突出部12のコンクリート16を除去する(b)。鋼管10の突出部12の外周側に筒状のアタッチメント20の下部23を被せて、既製杭1の第一貫通孔13、13とアタッチメント20の第二貫通孔26、26とを連通させ、ボルト38、ナット39で、鋼管10とアタッチメント20とを固定して、フーチング一体の基礎杭構造50を構成する(c)。アタッチメント20の側面25に、フーチング用の地中梁41の一端を固定し(d)、その他必要な配筋をして、コンクリートを打設して、フーチングを構築する。【選択図】図4
