RAFTER CONNECTION UNIT AND ROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD WITH USE OF THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rafter connection unit and a roof construction method with use of it, which can build a roof with high load-bearing capacity, simplify construction works at construction sites, improve on safety, shorten construction periods, and furthermore can employ a roof structure without a purlin.SOLUTION: A rafter connection unit U consists of rafter members 1, 1... and connection plates 2, 2... The aforesaid rafter member 1 comprises: truss chord members 11; bundle material arranged between each upper cord and each lower chord of the truss chord members 11; vertical bundle material arranged between each joint part of the left and right upper chords and each joint part of the left and right lower chords; truss web members 12 of diagonals arranged on each diagonal line in frames; reinforcement plywood 13, 13 which are pasted on both sides of each frame composed of the aforesaid truss chords 11 and the truss web members 12. The truss chord members 11 and web members 12 of the aforesaid rafter members 1, and the connection plates 2 are made of wooden plates of 91 mm thick or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 耐荷重性に優れた屋根を構築することができ、また建築現場における施工作業の容易化、安全性の向上および工期の短縮も図れ、しかも、母屋を有しない屋根構造も採用できる垂木連結ユニット、及びそれを用いた屋根構築方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 垂木連結ユニットUを、垂木部材1・1…と連結板2・2…とから構成すると共に、前記垂木部材1については、トラス弦材11と;このトラス弦材11の上弦材及び下弦材の間に配置される束材、並びに左右の上弦材および左右の下弦材の継目部間に配置される鉛直束材、並びに枠内の対角線上に配置される斜材から成るトラス腹材12と;前記トラス弦材11及びトラス腹材12から構成される枠体両面に張り付けられる補強用合板13・13とから構成し、更に前記垂木部材1のトラス弦材11とトラス腹材12、及び連結板2に、厚さ91mm以下の木板材を使用して構成した。【選択図】 図3
