PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shielding film which allows a change in heat shielding properties over time in hot and humid conditions to be suppressed when a fibrous-metal-particle-containing layer including a binder and fibrous metal particles having silver as the main component thereof is used; a heat shielding glass; and a window.SOLUTION: The present invention is a heat shielding film having a support and a fibrous-metal-particle-containing layer arranged on one surface of the support and including a binder and fibrous metal particles having silver as the main component thereof, where a water contact angle of the outermost surface of the heat shielding film is 90° or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
