HEAT-SHIELDING FILM, HEAT-SHIELDING LAMINATED GLASS, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HEAT-SHIELDING FILM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HEAT-SHIELDING LAMINATED GLASS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shielding film that is excellent in heat-ray shielding performance, visible light transmitting performance, a haze and electromagnetic wave transmitting performance and is also excellent in productivity, to provide a heat-shielding laminated glass and to provide methods for manufacturing them.SOLUTION: A heat-shielding film 4 has a metal lamination part 2 composed of at least one metal layer and at least one metal oxide layer on at least one surface of a substrate film 1. The metal lamination part 2 is divided into a plurality of island parts by lattice-like crack and the average value of the size of the island parts is 30 to 500 μm as determined by a ten-point average method. The heat-shielding film 4 has a haze of 5% or less and an electromagnetic wave shielding rate of 10 dB or less. The heat-shielding laminated glass using the heat-shielding film 4 and methods for manufacturing the heat-shielding film and the heat-shielding laminated glass are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱線の遮蔽性能、可視光線の透過性能、ヘイズおよび電磁波の透過性能に優れ、生産性にも優れた遮熱フィルム、遮熱合わせガラスとこれらの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】基材フィルム1の少なくとも一方の表面に、少なくとも1層の金属層と少なくとも1層の金属酸化物層とからなる金属積層部2を有する遮熱フィルム4であって、前記金属積層部2は、格子状のクラックによって複数の島状部に分断されており、前記島状部のサイズの平均値が10点平均法にて30〜500μmであり、ヘイズが5%以下であり、電磁波遮蔽率が10dB以下であることを特徴とする遮熱フィルム4である。また当該遮熱フィルム4を用いた遮熱合わせガラスとこれらの製造方法である。【選択図】図1
