FULLY DISASTER PREVENTIVE SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fully disaster preventive single family house that is durable against an earthquake and allows a resident to continue residing for at least three weeks when a large-scale earthquake strikes.SOLUTION: A fully disaster preventive single family house includes ground reinforcing means that supports a ground by installing a plurality of wooden piles, a lower foundation installed on a ground surface, an upper foundation installed at a bottom part of a building, and a stainless steel skirt that seals the structure so as to prevent air from leaking outside. The fully disaster preventive single family house also includes: air vibration-cutting means that injects compressed air between the upper foundation and the lower foundation when an earthquake is detected, thereby lifting the upper foundation and the building by the compressed air; emergency power generation means comprising a solar power generation panel, a propane gas power generator, and a lithium ion storage battery; emergency water supply means comprising a water receiving tank and a heated water tank for supplying water for living and a rainwater tank for supplying toilet water; emergency sewage treatment means comprising a purification water tank and an infiltration basin, into which household sewage is sent; and water supply and drainage means comprising a flexible water pipe and a flexible drainage pipe that bend following floatation of the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地震に強く、かつ大規模な地震が起きても３週間は居住できる完全防災型の一戸建て住宅を提供する。【解決手段】複数の木杭を打設して地盤を支持する地盤強化手段と、地面に設置される下基礎と、建物底部に設けられる上基礎と、空気が外部に漏れないように封じるステンレス製のスカートと、を含んで構成され、地震を感知すると、圧縮空気が上基礎と下基礎の間に注入され、空気圧により上基礎と建物を浮上させるエアー断震手段と、太陽光発電パネル、プロパンガス発電機及びリチウムイオン蓄電池からなる非常用電源手段と、生活用水が供給される受水タンク及び貯湯タンクと、トイレ用水が供給される雨水タンクからなる非常用給水手段と、浄化用貯水槽と浸透枡からなり、家庭内の排水が送り込まれる非常用排水処理手段と、フレキシブル水道管とフレキシブル排水管からなり、建物の浮上に追従して曲がる給排水手段と、が備えられる。【選択図】図１
