STEEL PIPE PILE, INSTALLATION METHOD FOR STEEL PIPE PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe pile that stabilizes a pile core when installation work starts and maintains installation accuracy thereafter, and an installation method for the steel pipe pile.SOLUTION: A steel pipe pile 1 includes a tip blade 5 fitted at a tip of a steel pipe 3, and a second steel pipe 7 fitted on an undersurface of the tip blade 5. The tip blade 5 has a flat plate part with which a tip surface of the steel pipe 3 contacts. The tip blade is fitted on the steel pipe 3 at the flat plate part without inclining, and has an excavation propelling part 9 formed that excavates a ground only on an outer diameter side than the flat plate part and generates propelling force. The second steel pipe 7 is fitted on the undersurface of the tip blade 5, such that a center of the tip blade 5 and a shaft center coincides. The second steel pipe 7 has a smaller diameter than a diameter of the steel pipe 3, and has a length that equals to or is greater than a radius of the tip blade 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工開始時に杭芯を安定させ、その後の施工精度を維持することができる鋼管杭、該鋼管杭の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管杭1は、鋼管3の先端に取り付けられた先端翼5と、先端翼5の下面に取り付けられた第二の鋼管7を有する。先端翼5は、鋼管3の先端面が当接する平板部を有し、平板部において鋼管3に傾斜せずに取り付けられ、かつ平板部よりも外径側にのみ地盤を掘削すると共に推進力を得る掘削推進部9が形成されており、第二の鋼管7は、先端翼5の中心と軸芯が一致するように先端翼5の下面に取り付けられ、鋼管3の径よりも小径であって、かつ先端翼5の半径以上の長さを有する。【選択図】図1
