SYSTEM CEILING BACKING FRAMEWORK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system ceiling backing framework from which a ceiling board does not fall off even in shaking of a large earthquake.SOLUTION: A system ceiling backing framework comprises a main bar, which is perpendicular to a ceiling joist receiver suspended from a suspending bolt and disposed in parallel through fitting hardware, and a cross bar, which is perpendicular to the main bar and disposed in parallel. The main bar comprises a lower sandwiching part, which sandwiches the cross bar, and an upper clamped part, which is clamped by the fitting hardware. The sandwiching part is formed into H-shape with an upper flange and a lower flange. The upper flange is wider than the lower flange. The clamped part has a bent part, which extends upward from both edges of the upper flange and is bent inward at its tip. The cross bar is formed into H-shape with the upper flange and the lower flange. The upper flange is wider than the lower flange and sandwiched by the sandwiching part of the main bar. The fitting hardware clamps the clamped part of the main bar and the lower flange of the ceiling joist receiver and also clamps a web of the ceiling joist receiver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】大地震の揺れにも天井ボードが脱落することのないシステム天井の下地枠組みを提供する。【解決手段】吊りボルトに吊設される野縁受に直交して嵌着金具を介して平行に配置されるメインバーと該メインバーに直交して平行に配置されるクロスバーからなり、前記メインバーは前記クロスバーを挟持する下部の挟持部と前記嵌着金具に挟着される上部の被挟着部からなり、該挟持部は上フランジおよび下フランジを有するH形であって該下フランジよりも該上フランジが幅広く形成され、該被挟着部は該上フランジの両端縁から上方に延伸しその先端が内側に曲折する曲折部を具え、前記クロスバーは上フランジおよび下フランジを有するH形であって該下フランジよりも該上フランジが幅広く形成されて前記メインバーの挟持部に挟持され、前記嵌着金具は前記メインバーの被挟着部と前記野縁受の下フランジを挟着するとともに該野縁受のウェブも挟着する、構成とした。【選択図】図1
