GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement device that improves work efficiency of excavation and soil improvement by devising constitution of an agitation mixing device fitted to an arm of a base machine and achieving lateral agitation by lateral movement of the agitation mixing device and revolution of a plurality of excavation agitation shafts of the agitation mixing device.SOLUTION: There is provided a ground improvement device such that an excavation agitation mixing device 4 consists of a rotary drive part 5 fitted to an arm of a base machine and an excavation agitation operation part 6 driven by the rotary drive part 5, and the excavation agitation operation part 6 is constituted by providing laterally juxtaposing a plurality of excavation agitation shafts H each constituted by juxtaposing pluralities of groups of agitation bodies 7A projecting radially along a longitudinal axial direction and spiral blades 9A alternately in the axial direction, each excavation agitation shaft H having a predetermined longitudinal length corresponding to a depth of a planned ground-improved place of the ground, and being allowed to rotate on its axis by being driven by a drive shaft 10 of the rotary driving part 5 and also to revolve around any of arbitrary regions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ベースマシンのアームに取付ける撹拌混合装置の構成を工夫し、撹拌混合装置を横移動させて行う横方向の撹拌および撹拌混合装置の複数の掘削撹拌軸の公転を実現して、掘削および土壌改良の作業効率を向上させる地盤改良装置を提供する。【解決手段】ベースマシンのアームに取付ける回転駆動部5と該回転駆動部5により駆動する掘削撹拌作動部6により撹拌混合装置4を構成し、前記掘削撹拌作動部6は、縦の軸心方向に対して放射方向に突出する複数の撹拌体7A群と、螺旋翼9Aとを、軸心方向に交互に夫々複数並設した掘削撹拌軸Hを横方向に複数並設して構成し、該各掘削撹拌軸Hは、地盤の地盤改良予定地の深さに相当する所定の縦長さを有し、前記回転駆動部5の駆動軸10の駆動を受けて自転回転すると共に、何れかの任意部位を中心に公転するように構成した地盤改良装置。【選択図】図2
