PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus for a mechanical parking device, which can shorten a user's waiting time, a mechanical parking device, a control method and a control program.SOLUTION: A mechanical parking device includes: a calculation part that calculates loading and unloading probabilities including a loading probability and an unloading probability in association with each user at each time, on the basis of loading and unloading information on the date and time of the user's past loading and unloading operations and characteristic information on characteristics of the mechanical parking device 10; and a setting part that sets arrangement of a pallet 16 on the basis of the loading and unloading probabilities calculated by the calculation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
