PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent entry/exit operation of a user who has not received operation education of a mechanical parking apparatus.SOLUTION: A control device for a mechanical parking apparatus comprises: a storage unit 51 that stores a usage right that indicates whether the mechanical parking apparatus can be used and is assigned to a vehicle, and an operation right that indicates whether the mechanical parking apparatus can be operated and is assigned to an operator, as rights to the mechanical parking apparatus, in association with identification information; an input unit thar receives input of the identification information; an authentication unit 52 for authenticating the operator and the vehicle for which the identification information is input, based on the rights associated with the identification information input to the input unit; and a control unit 53 for controlling the mechanical parking apparatus according to the authentication result by the authentication unit 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
