ELECTRICAL OPERATION DEVICE FOR HYDRAULIC WORK MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric operation device for hydraulic work machine capable of assuring an operability of a hydraulic actuator even if any of a plurality of changing-over driving devices for changing-over and driving a plurality of direction changing-over valves for controlling a direction and a flow rate of hydraulic oil supplied to a common hydraulic actuator is troubled.SOLUTION: When it is judged that any one of solenoid proportional valves 49, 51 is kept under a troubled state on the basis of pilot pressures P11 to P14 detected by pressure sensors S7 to S10, a controller 100 controls the other solenoid proportional valve in such a way that a direction changing-over valve 27 is held at its neutral position irrespective of an arm lever operation of an operation device 1d, and in turn when it is judged that any one of solenoid proportional valves 50, 52 is kept under its troubled state on the basis of the pilot pressures P11 to P14 detected by the pressure sensors S7 to S10, the controller controls the other changing-over driving device in such a way that the direction changing-over valve 25 is held at its neutral position irrespective of the arm lever operation of the operation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】共通の油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の方向及び流量を制御する複数の方向切換弁を切換駆動する複数の切換駆動装置のいずれかが故障した場合でも、油圧アクチュエータの操作性を確保することができる油圧作業機械の電気式操作装置を提供する。【解決手段】コントローラ100は、圧力センサS7〜S10で検出したパイロット圧P11〜P14に基づいて電磁比例弁49,51のいずれか一方が故障状態にあると判定した場合は、操作装置1dのアームレバー操作に関わらず方向切換弁27が中立位置が保持されるように他方の電磁比例弁を制御し、圧力センサS7〜S10で検出したパイロット圧P11〜P14に基づいて電磁比例弁50,52のいずれか一方が故障状態にあると判定した場合は、前記操作装置のアームレバー操作に関わらず方向切換弁25が中立位置に保持されるように他方の切換駆動装置を制御する。【選択図】図3
