DEMOLITION SYSTEM AND DEMOLITION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demolition system which enables a temporary scaffold surrounding a demolition space to be reliably supported by an existing building.SOLUTION: A demolition system 2 comprises: a crane installation floor 20 including a portion of an existing floor 14 on a roof floor of an existing building 1; a supporting column 11A which is an existing column supporting the crane installation floor 20; a crane 30 which is installed on the crane installation floor 20; a lifting and lowering device 40 which lowers the crane installation floor 20 along the supporting column 11A; and an external scaffold 50 which is arranged along an outer periphery of the existing building 1. The external scaffold 50 has: an upper section 50A which surrounds a portion to be a demolition object; and a lower section 50B which is arranged below the upper section 50A and provided with a telescopic bracket 56 engaged with a lower floor of the portion to be the demolition object. The telescopic bracket 56 can be expanded or contracted to adjust a distance to the existing building 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】解体空間を囲む仮設足場を既存建物から確実に支持できる解体システムを提供すること。【解決手段】解体システム2は、既存建物1の屋上階における既存床14の一部を含むクレーン設置床20と、クレーン設置床20を支持する既存柱である支持柱11Aと、クレーン設置床20上に設置されたクレーン30と、クレーン設置床20を支持柱11Aに沿って下降させる昇降装置40と、既存建物1の外周に沿って設けられた外部足場50と、を備える。外部足場50は、解体対象となる部分を囲む上部50Aと、上部50Aの下に設けられて解体対象となる部分の下層階に係止するテレスコブラケット56を有する下部50Bと、を備え、テレスコブラケット56は、既存建物1に向かって突没可能である。【選択図】図6
