JOINING STRUCTURE OF PILE FOUNDATION AND STAND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a pile foundation and a stand capable of delicately adjusting a height to the stand with a simple structure.SOLUTION: Long holes 10a and 10b extending in the height direction of a column 2a of a stand 2, are formed in a vertical piece part 3b of angle steel 3, and the angle steel 3 is fixed to a pile foundation 1 by fixing bolts 11a and 11b and fixing nuts 12a and 12b inserted into the long holes 10a and 10b in a state of adjusting a height of the column 2a of the stand 2, and is inserted into a bolt hole 21 for abutting on a pile head part 1a and also provided in a horizontal piece part 3a of the angle steel 3, and a height of the angle steels 3 and 4 is held by fixing the horizontal piece part of the angle steels 3 and 4 by a support bolt 23 extending in the height direction of the column 2a and support nuts 24 and 25 threadedly engaging with the support bolt 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な構造で、架台に対するきめの細かい高さ調整が可能である杭基礎と架台との接合構造を提供すること。【解決手段】山形鋼3の垂直片部3bに架台2の柱2aの高さ方向に延びる長穴10a,10bを形成し、架台2の柱2aの高さ調整を行った状態で長穴10a,10bを挿通した固定ボルト11a,11bと固定ナット12a,12bとで山形鋼3を杭基礎1に固定するとともに、杭頭部1aに当接し、かつ、山形鋼3の水平片部3aに設けられたボルト穴21に挿通して柱2aの高さ方向に延びる支持ボルト23と支持ボルト23に螺合する支持ナット24,25とで山形鋼3,4の水平片部を固定して山形鋼3,4の高さを保持する。【選択図】図1
