JOINING HARDWARE GUIDE DEVICE FOR PILE FOUNDATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an improvement in workability and security of accuracy, by easily and accurately absorbing a construction error of a pile, when constructing a pile foundation structure 1 for joining the pile and a sill of a superstructure via joining hardware 2.SOLUTION: A joining hardware guide device 11 comprises a positioning engaging part 11b engageable with a positioning part of joining hardware 2 (a rib 7c of still side hardware 7) at a predetermined interval corresponding to a design pile interval in its longitudinal direction in a long-size body 11a of high rigidity for extending between a plurality of piles 3. The long-size body 11a of the joining hardware guide device is extended between both-side piles 3 (3) having the joining hardware 2 (2) positioned as a reference. In a positional adjustment of the joining hardware 2 on the plurality of piles 3 existing in the middle, the positional adjustment in the horizontal two-directions and the height direction is executed only by engaging the positioning part 7c of its joining hardware 2 with the positioning engaging part 11b. A construction error of the pile can be efficiently and accurately adjusted more than a method for stretching a leveling string.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】杭と上部構造物の土台とを接合金物2を介して接合する杭基礎構造1の施工の際、杭の施工誤差を容易にかつ正確に吸収可能で、施工性向上と精度確保を実現可能にする。【解決手段】接合金物ガイド装置11は、複数の杭3間を渡す、剛性の高い長尺体11aに、その長手方向に設計杭間隔に対応する所定間隔をあけて、接合金物2の位置決め部(土台側金物7のリブ7c)と係合可能な位置決め用係合部11bを備える。 基準として位置決めされた接合金物2(20)を持つ両側の杭3(30)間に接合金物ガイド装置の長尺体11aを渡す。中間にある複数の杭3上の接合金物2の位置調整は、その接合金物2の位置決め部7cを位置決め用係合部11bと係合させるだけで、水平二方向及び高さ方向の位置調整が行われる。水糸を張る方法と比べて、能率的かつ正確に杭の施工誤差を調整可能となる。【選択図】図1
