RAIL FALL PREVENTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail fall prevention device capable of ensuring an insulation property for a long period.SOLUTION: A rail fastening device comprises: a pair of spring members (11), which are fixed on a concrete track bedrock (30) so as to press against a lower flange section of a rail (22) installed on the track bedrock from both sides; a pair of rail fall prevention members (13), which have multiple legs (13a to 13d) and cover the spring member from above and are installed so that the legs contact the surface of the track bedrock; and a pair of fixing means (12), which fix the pair of spring members and the pair of rail fall prevention members to the tack bedrock. An engaging part (P) is formed on the multiple legs individually. The legs are contacted to the surface of the track bedrock through an insulation (14) by engaging the insulation to the engaging part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】長期間にわたって絶縁性を確保することが可能なレール転倒防止装置を実現する。【解決手段】コンクリート製の軌道基盤(30)上に設置されたレール(22)の下部フランジ部を両側から抑え込むように軌道基盤上に固定される一対のばね部材(11)と、複数の脚部(13a〜13d)を備え、ばね部材を上方から覆うように被せられ、前記脚部が軌道基盤の表面に接触するように設置される一対のレール転倒防止部材(13)と、前記一対のばね部材と一対のレール転倒防止部材をそれぞれ軌道基盤に固定するための一対の固定手段(12)とを備えたレール締結装置において、前記複数の脚部にはそれぞれ係合部(P)を形成し、該係合部にはそれぞれ絶縁体(14)を係合させ、前記脚部を絶縁体を介して軌道基盤の表面に接触させるように構成した。【選択図】図1
