U-SHAPED ORTHOGONAL SEPARATOR FASTENING FIXING METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening fixing device of a U-shaped separator connecting metal fitting body for fixing two separators in a dimension of the accurate length, by shortening time up to fixing connecting two separators as one piece.SOLUTION: Connecting two separator shafts 150 and 150 are wrapped in at a stretch from a side surface of the separator shafts 150 and 150, and the separator shafts 150 and 150 are simultaneously inserted from the side surface into a U-shaped bottom surface 2 of a U-shaped separator connecting metal fitting body 1, and the length of both separator shafts 150 and 150 is measured, and when the separator shafts 150 and 150 are positioned in the desired length by sliding the separator shafts 150 and 150, the separator shafts 150 and 150 are pressed to the U-shaped bottom surface 2 by the shaft tip of a movable male screw bolt shaft 31 by rotating a hexagonal head part 30 rightward from above a U-shaped opening part 6, and the separator shafts 150 and 150 and the U-shaped separator connecting metal fitting body 1 are integrally fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】接続する２本のセパレータを１本にして固定するまでの時間を短縮し、正確の長さの寸法に２本のセパレータを固定するＵ字型セパレータ接続金具本体の締め付け固定装置を提供する。【解決手段】接続する２本のセパレータ軸１５０，１５０を、セパレータ軸１５０，１５０の側面から、一気に包み込んで、Ｕ字型セパレータ接続金具本体１のＵ字型底面２に、セパレータ軸１５０，１５０を同時に側面から入れて、双方のセパレータ軸１５０，１５０の長さを測り、セパレータ軸１５０，１５０をスライドしてセパレータ軸１５０，１５０が所望の長さに位置した処で、Ｕ字型開口部６の上から六角頭部３０を右回転する事で移動雄ねじボルト軸３１の軸先でセパレータ軸１５０，１５０をＵ字型底面２に押し付けて、セパレータ軸１５０，１５０とＵ字型セパレータ接続金具本体１とを一体に固定する構成とした。【選択図】図１
