CONNECTION FIXING FITTING FOR SEPARATOR SHAFT
To provide support hardware for supporting a concrete form to be assembled on a construction site and a civil engineering site where concrete is installed.SOLUTION: In a separator shaft adjusting fitting 1, an open hole 5 is formed and in the open hole a spiral projection is formed, and a female screw hole 4 is formed so as to penetrate from the central part of the top face to the open hole in the vertical lower direction, and a fastening screw 3 for stopping movement of an adjusting separator shaft inserted into the open hole is screwed to the female screw hole for connection. In the fastening screw, the tip of the end to be screwed to the female screw is projected and the bottom of the end in the fastening screw is recessed in a cone shape. With respect to the spiral projection in the open hole and the female screw hole, when an attractive force acts on one end of the adjusting separator shaft, rotational force is generated in the adjusting separator shaft along the locus of the spiral projection in the open hole and by the rotation the fastening screw for pressing the adjusting separator shaft rotates in the direction of fastening itself.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリートの打設を行う建築現場や土木現場で組立施工されるコンクリート型枠を支持するための支持金物を提供する。【解決手段】当該セパレータ軸調整金具1は貫通孔5を形成し、当該貫通孔には螺旋状の突起物を形成し、上面の中央部から縦下方向に前記貫通孔まで貫通するように雌ねじ孔4を形成し、当該雌ねじ孔には、前記貫通孔に挿し込まれた調整セパレータ軸の動きを止めるための締込ねじ3を螺合して接続させ、当該締込ねじは、雌ねじに螺合させる端部の先端が突出し、かつ、当該締込ねじの端部の底部がすり鉢状に窪んだ形状であり、前記貫通孔の螺旋状の突起物および前記雌ねじ孔は、前記調整セパレータ軸の一方端に引力が掛かった際に、当該貫通孔の螺旋状の突起物の軌道に沿って当該調整セパレータ軸に回転力が生じ、その回転により調整セパレータ軸を押さえ付けている締込ねじが自らを締め付け方向に回転する形状である。【選択図】図1
