LONGITUDINAL DIRECTION ADJUSTABLE LOWER GUIDE OF UPPER SUSPENSION SLIDING DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in an adjustment, to dispense with a work time, to simplify a device itself, to reduce cost, and to also restrain a thickness of a ground height in an adjustment part of the device.SOLUTION: In a positional adjustment, when an adjustment screw 7 is moved in the right direction (the arrow A direction) as indicated in the Fig.(A) or is moved in the left direction (the arrow B direction) as indicated in the Fig.(C), from a state of, for example, a Fig.3(B), by relaxing the adjustment screw 7, since a guide member 5 moves by being guided by a guide groove hole 6e of a base member 3, a connection member 4 moves in the right direction and the rear direction (the arrow C direction) indicated in the Fig.(A), or moves in the left direction and the front direction (the arrow D direction) indicated in the Fig. (C) in response to this, and the guide member 5 is moved to the substantial center of the guide groove hole 6e, and a one-sided striking state of the guide member 5 can be eliminated. Afterwards, when the connection member 4 is fixed to the base member 3 by threadably attaching the adjustment screw 7, the guide member 5 is positioned, and a positional adjustment is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】調整における作業性が良好で作業時間を要しない、また、装置自体の簡便化・低コスト化が図れ、且つ、装置の調整部位における地上高の厚みを抑えたものとする。【解決手段】位置調整は、調整ネジ7を弛緩して当該調整ネジ7を例えば図3(B)の状態から、同図(A)に示すように右方向(矢印A方向)に移動させるか、又は同図(C)に示すように左方向(矢印B方向)に移動させるかすれば、ガイド部材5がベース部材3のガイド溝孔6eに案内されて移動するので、これに伴って連結部材4が、同図(A)に示す右方向及び後方向(矢印C方向)に移動し、又は同図(C)に示す左方向及び前方向(矢印D方向)に移動して、ガイド部材5をガイド溝孔6eの略中央に移動させ当該ガイド部材5の片当たり状態を解消させることができる。しかる後、調整ネジ7を螺着し連結部材4をベース部材3に固定するとガイド部材5が位置決めされ位置調整が完了する。【選択図】図3
