LEVER-COMPONENT MOUNTING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever-component mounting structure capable of mounting lever components without deteriorating lubricant even when the lever components are heat-welded after the lubricant is applied.SOLUTION: A lever-component mounting structure (a mounting structure 100) comprises: a handle case 110 which is an outer member of a door handle 102 of a vehicle; a fixing pin 120 which sets lever components (a cable stopper 152, a cable lever 154, and a torsion spring 156) on the handle case; a through hole 126 which penetrates the fixing pin in a longitudinal direction thereof; an insertion groove 112 which is formed on the handle case so that the fixed pin is inserted; and a welding pin 130 which is inserted into the through hole of the fixing pin and welded on an inner surface of the insertion groove. The lever components are mounted on the handle case with the fixing pin when lubricant 106 is applied to a region where the fixing pin comes into contact with the lever components, and the fixing pin is inserted into the handle case by penetrating the lever components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】潤滑剤を塗布した後に熱溶着を行う場合であっても、潤滑剤の劣化を生じさせることなくレバー部品を取り付けることが可能なレバー部品取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明にかかるレバー部品取付構造(取付構造100)の構成は、車両のドアハンドル102の外装部材であるハンドルケース110と、レバー部品(ケーブルストッパー152・ケーブルレバー154・トーションスプリング156)と接触する領域に潤滑剤106が塗布されレバー部品を貫通してハンドルケースに挿入されることでレバー部品をハンドルケースに取り付ける固定ピン120と、固定ピンをその長手方向に沿って貫通する貫通孔126と、ハンドルケースに形成され固定ピンが挿入される挿入溝112と、固定ピンの貫通孔に挿通され挿入溝の内面に溶着される溶着ピン130とを含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図4
