To provide a lever handle mounting structure capable of mounting lever handles of various shapes on a door with good appearance.SOLUTION: A lever handle mounting structure, which includes a shaft-shaped junction member 10, a seat 20, and a seat cover 30, mounts a lever handle on a door 2. The lever handle 1 has a handle portion 1a and a connecting portion 1b. The handle portion 1a extends along a front surface 2a of the door 2. The connecting portion 1b is connected to a pivot shaft 3. The junction member 10 has a fitting hole 11 and a coupling shaft 12. The fitting hole 11 is fitted with the pivot shaft 3, and the coupling shaft 12 is disposed coaxially with the fitting hole 11 and coupled to the connecting portion 1b of the lever handle 1. The seat 20 has an insertion hole 21a through which the junction member 10 is inserted for causing the junction member 10 to be fixed to the door 2 for rotation.
