PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor device that can have an anchor body accurately installed, and a construction method for the anchor device.SOLUTION: An anchor device 100 has an anchor sheath tube 110 and an anchor body 120. While the anchor sheath tube 110 comprising a north side plate 10n and a south side plate 10s, an east upper coupling material 14e, a west upper coupling material 14w, an east lower coupling material 15e and a west lower coupling material 15w, an east bottom plate 20e and a west bottom plate 20w, an upper gate range 30 formed of an upper gate longitudinal material 31e, an upper gate longitudinal material 31w, an upper gate lateral material 32n and an upper gate lateral material 32s, and a lower gate range 40 formed of a lower gate longitudinal material 41e, a lower gate longitudinal material 41w, a lower gate lateral material 42n and a lower gate lateral material 42s is placed on a recessed part 910 formed in the ground 900, the anchor body 120 is driven into the ground 900 through the upper gate range 30 and the lower gate range 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
