CHAFF HEAT-INSULATION MATERIAL FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chaff heat-insulation material for construction work and an installation method thereof that mitigate burdens at a construction site involving intricate and complicated installation work, for effectively treating and utilizing chaff that is known from conventional installation methods and literary works to have a potential for paving a way toward effective treatment and utilization of a wasted material.SOLUTION: A chaff heat insulation material 1 for construction work is fitted in a ceiling, a wall and an underfloor gap of a building H, and comprises a rectangular corrugated cardboard body, a partitioning corrugated cardboard inserted into the rectangular corrugated cardboard body, chambers formed on the rectangular corrugated cardboard body, and chaff filled in each of the chambers. The chaff heat insulation material facilitates and simplifies installation work at a construction site, at the same time simplifying preparation work outside of the construction site and facilitating handling and transportation. The chaff heat insulation material utilizes corrugated cardboard and chaff that are found in daily lives, are optimum as wall materials, and have heat insulating property.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の施工方法と、文献では、籾殻断熱材が、廃材の籾殻の有効処理と、有効活用に途を開くものであることは、知られている。しかしながら、籾殻の有効処理と、有効活用を行う際に、現場において、種々の工夫と施工、並びに面倒な作業を要求される。本発明は、これらの要求を軽減することができる建築用の殻断熱材と、その施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】建屋Ｈの天井、壁、床下の隙間に嵌め込まれる建築用の籾殻断熱材１は、方形状のダンボール体と、方形状のダンボール体に差込んだ区画形成ダンボールと、方形状のダンボールに形成した各部屋と、各部屋に充填した籾殻材とで構成する。現場での施工容易化、及び作業簡略化と、現場以外の準備の簡略化と、取扱い、搬送等の容易化とを達成する。各素材は、身近にあり、かつ壁材資材として最適で、かつ断熱性があるダンボールと籾殻材を活用する。【選択図】図１
