Insulation material for sandwich panel using chaff and rice straw and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to an insulation material for a sandwich panel manufactured by an environmentally friendly material having chaff, rice straw, and a vegetable glue. The present invention comprises: a step of mixing the dried chaff, the rice straw, and the vegetable glue; a step of adding salt to a mixture and kneading; a step of compressing and forming the mixture in a shape of the insulation material; a step of thermally processing the compressed and formed insulation material by using steam; and a step of drying the thermally processed insulation material. The present invention manufactures the insulation material to have increased durability to a fire and have less harmfulness to a human body.
본 발명은 왕겨, 볏짚 및 식물성 접착제를 포함하는 친환경적인 소재로 제조되는 샌드위치 판넬용 단열재로서 건조된 왕겨 및 볏짚과 식물성 접착제를 혼합하는 단계; 상기 혼합물에 소금을 첨가하고 반죽하는 단계; 상기 반죽물을 단열재 형상으로 압축성형하는 단계; 상기 압축성형된 단열재를 스팀을 이용하여 열처리하는 단계; 및 상기 열처리된 단열재를 건조하는 단계;를 포함하여 단열재를 제조하여 화재에 대한 내구성이 높고 인체에 대한 유해성이 적은 샌드위치 판넬을 제공한다.
