PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of an exterior wall, which can facilitate attachment work while securing waterproofness.SOLUTION: A joint structure of an exterior wall includes: a plurality of exterior wall materials 2 that are juxtaposed via a joint; a seal material 5 that is provided at an indoor-side end of the joint; and a pressure-equalized space 4 that is provided between an outdoor-side end of the joint and the seal material 5.
