UNEVENNESS ADJUSTMENT FRAME FOR PRESSURE PLATE CONSTRUCTION, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SPRAY PEDESTAL FOR UNEVENNESS ADJUSTMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an unevenness adjustment frame for pressure plate construction; and a construction method of a spray pedestal for unevenness adjustment with use of the unevenness adjustment frame for pressure plate construction; which can increase the number of units that can be transported at once during the delivery from a plant, makes the final assembly at site easy, and enables the installation with no sag from a slope face.SOLUTION: An unevenness adjustment frame for pressure plate construction 100, and a construction method of a spray pedestal for unevenness adjustment with use of the unevenness adjustment frame for pressure plate construction in this invention comprises: a first wire mesh sheet formed in a rectangular shape; a second wire mesh sheet pivotally connected to a longitudinal wire of the first wire mesh sheet; and an auxiliary steel material 30, which is formed with a plurality of steel bars arranged in a grid to have its central part meet with the setting position of a box-out pipe, and of which the longitudinal and transverse ends are connected with the first wire mesh sheets. During the assembly, the second wire mesh sheet is rotated to be vertical to the first wire mesh sheet and its longitudinal ends are fixed, forming the outer peripheral surface of the frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】工場からの出荷時において、一度の運搬可能基数を増やすことができるとともに、現場での最終組み立てが容易であり、且つ法面に対して撓まず設置することが可能な受圧板施工用不陸調整枠体及び当該受圧板施工用不陸調整枠体を用いた不陸調整用吹き付け台座の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】矩形状に形成された第1の金網体と、第1の金網体の長手方向線材に枢結された第2の金網体と、中央部が箱抜管の挿抜位置となるように複数の棒鋼材を格子状に配筋することで形成された補助鋼材30とを備え、補助鋼材の縦方向終端部及び横方向終端部は第1の金網体と接合され、組立て時には、第1の金網体に対して第2の金網体を垂直方向に回動させ、当該第2の金網体の長手方向端部を固定することにより枠体外周面を形成する受圧板施工用不陸調整枠体100及びこれを用いた不陸調整用吹き付け台座の施工方法。【選択図】図1
