SOIL IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil improvement construction machine capable of performing soil improvement by excavating deeper without making a work vehicle large-sized.SOLUTION: In a soil improvement construction machine 1 comprising a work vehicle 2 with an arm 7 operating by the drive of a cylinder and a ground agitation device 23 attached to the tip end of the arm 7, the ground agitation device 23 comprises a body device 25 for agitating a ground, a fitting part 30 attached to the tip end of the arm 7 to be rotatable and moving upward/downward by the drive of the cylinder, a long support body 24 having one end to which the body device 25 is fixed and having the other end attached to a support shaft 30a formed in the fitting part 30 to be rotatable, a rotation regulation part 40 for regulating the rotation of the long support body 24 against the fitting part 30 by engaging the fitting part 30 with the long support body 24 when the support shaft 30a is located at the lowermost part with respect to the tip end of the arm 7, and a lock part 50 which connects the fitting part 30 and the long support body 24 when the tip end of the arm 7 is inclined obliquely upward with respect to a horizontal direction at a prescribed angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】作業車両を大型化することなく、より深く掘削して地盤改良することができる地盤改良工機を提供すること。【解決手段】シリンダの駆動により動作するアーム7を有する作業車両2と、アーム7の先端に取り付けられる地盤攪拌装置23とを備える地盤改良工機1において、地盤攪拌装置23は、地盤を攪拌する本体装置25と、アーム7の先端に回動自在に取付られ、シリンダの駆動により上下動させる取付部30と、一端部に本体装置25が固定され、取付部30に形成された支持軸30aに他端部が回動自在に取付られる長尺支持体24と、支持軸30aがアーム7の先端に対して最下部位に位置した場合に、取付部30と長尺支持体24とを係合させて、取付部30に対する長尺支持体24の回動を規制する回動規制部40と、アーム7の先端が水平方向に対して斜め上方に所定角度傾斜した場合に、取付部30と長尺支持体24を連結するロック部50とを備える。【選択図】図1
