SOIL IMPROVEMENT MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dry a soil material on a wet side when filling the soil material in a core zone in a fill dam construction.SOLUTION: A motor 13 is mounted on a soil improvement machine 10. The soil improvement machine is a stabilizer that has a rotary agitation blade 22, which agitates and mixes a scattered soil material 1, and a hood 21, which covers the rotary agitation blade 22 and can contact with the scattered soil material 1 at its open undersurface, on a part of a self-propelled vehicle body. A blast supply passage 30 that has a blower 35 at an intermediate part between a heat exhausting part of the motor 13 and the hood 21. Exhaust heat air during operation of the motor 13 is blown into the hood 21. Dryness and moisture of the soil material 1 are adjusted during agitating and mixing of the soil material 1 by the rotary agitation blade 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 フィルダムの施工においてコアゾーンで土質材料を盛り立てる際、湿潤側の土質材料を効率よく乾燥させる。【解決手段】 原動機13を搭載し自走可能な車体の一部に、撒き敷かれた土質材料1を撹拌混合する回転撹拌翼22と、回転撹拌翼22を覆い、開放した下面が撒き敷かれた土質材料1に接地可能なフード21とを備えたスタビライザー等の土質改良機10であって、原動機13の排熱部とフード21との間に、中間にブロア35を有する送風供給経路30を設け、原動機13の運転時の排熱空気をフード21内に送風し、回転撹拌翼22による土質材料1の撹拌混合時に土質材料1の乾燥や水分調整を行うようにした。【選択図】 図1
