PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support system for improving work quality by supporting an operation of an operator in accordance with various environmental conditions of work.SOLUTION: An operation support system includes: operation data detection means 226 for detecting operation data of a work machine; operator identification means 227 for identifying a plurality of operators for operating the work machine; data storage means 301 for storing the operation data and identification information on the plurality of identified operators; work quality evaluation means for evaluating work quality of the plurality of operators on the basis of stored data to select a best operator; learning means 303 for learning a parameter of an operation model 304 of the work machine on the basis of operation data corresponding to the best operator; and operation support means 308 for supporting an operator on the basis of the operation model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
