PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collective housing, a housing unit, and a housing unit with a roof, capable of transporting a housing unit that is arranged in a living space of a structure.SOLUTION: A collective housing (10) of the present invention includes a structure body (11) forming a plurality of living spaces (12), and a housing unit (20) which is so configured as to be detachable from the living space (12). The housing unit (20) is a box body containing a floor part, a side wall part connected to the floor part, and a ceiling part connected to the side wall part. The housing unit (20) of the present invention is the box body containing the floor part, the side wall part connected to the floor part, and the ceiling part connected to the side wall part, having a configuration to be detachable from the living space (12) of the structure (11) in the collective housing (10) forming a plurality of living spaces (12).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
