To secure a structural performance and exhibit higher heat insulation property.SOLUTION: A housing unit 1 comprises: a substantially rectangular-solid frame-like unit body 2, which has columns 20 at four corners, multiple ceiling joists 21, 22, and multiple floor beams 23, 24 and configures a frame structure; and multiple wooden panels that have heat insulation property and cover an outside surface of the unit body 2. Multiple wooden panels include a frame forming panels 3 (3A, 3B) that cover the outside surface at the columns 20 at four corners and multiple ceiling joists 21, 22, and multiple wall forming wooden panels 4 that are disposed so as to bridge between the ceiling joists 21, 22 and the floor beams 23, 24 and be arranged between the frame forming panels 3 (3A) that cover the outside surface at the columns 20 at four corners. The frame forming panels 3 (3A, 3B) operate in synchronization with the columns 20 at four corners and multiple ceiling joists 21, 22.
