CONCRETE RE-VIBRATION CONTROL METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control concrete re-vibration timing based on a penetration resistance value.SOLUTION: Test concrete of a predetermined composition is installed and measurement tests for bleeding and penetration resistance value of the test concrete are performed in a predetermined time schedule starting from the installation. Time from the installation until bleeding water discharge is completed is determined based on a result of the bleeding measurement test. A range of the penetration resistance values corresponding to this time is determined as a re-vibration possible range based on a result of the penetration resistance value measurement test. Penetration resistance value measurement test is performed for the concrete of the predetermined composition that has been installed on site. When the penetration resistance value obtained from the penetration resistance value measurement test is within the re-vibration possible range, re-vibration of the concrete is determined to be possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】貫入抵抗値に基づいてコンクリートの再振動のタイミングを管理する。【解決手段】所定の配合の試験用のコンクリートを打設し、打設から所定のタイムスケジュールで試験用のコンクリートのブリーディングと貫入抵抗値の測定試験を行い、ブリーディングの測定試験の結果に基づいて打設からブリーディング水の排出が完了するまでの時間を決定し、この時間に対応する貫入抵抗値の範囲を貫入抵抗値の試験の結果に基づいて再振動可能範囲として決定し、現場で打設した所定の配合のコンクリートに対して貫入抵抗値の測定試験を行い、その結果得られる貫入抵抗値が再振動可能範囲内にある場合にコンクリートの再振動を可能とする。【選択図】図1
