PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purification cartridge in which the water flow area of a deformable housing member which houses an adsorbent, can be increased, and to provide a water faucet.SOLUTION: Provided is a water purification cartridge 20 including a deformable housing member (for example, an outer-nonwoven cloth 31), a flow port member (for example, a hollow fiber membrane casing 70), and an inner fitting member 50. The deformable housing member (31) allows water to flow through, and houses an adsorbent AD1. The flow port member (70) includes a water flow port (for example, an outflow port 75), and an outer fitting part 80 into which the end portion 31b of the housing member (31) is inserted. The inner fitting member 50 is inserted into an inner side 33 of the housing member (31), and sandwiches, together with the outer fitting part 80, the end portion 31b of the housing member (31).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
