PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purification cartridge capable of improving filtering ability, and a faucet.SOLUTION: There is provided a water purification cartridge 20 comprising: a deformable storage member (e.g., an outside non-fabric cloth 31); and a circulation port member (e.g., a hollow fiber membrane case 70). In the deformable storage member (31), water can be circulated, and an absorbent AD1 is stored therein. The circulation port member (70) includes: a water circulation port (e.g., an outflow port 75); and an outer insertion part 80 to be inserted with the edge part 31b of the storage member (31). The edge part 31b of the storage member (31) has an inside arrangement part 35 made into the outside face 35a at the inside than the outside face 34a of the main part 34 of the storage member (31). The outside face 80a of the outer insertion part 80 is made into the side inner than the outside face 34a of the body part 34 of the storage member (31) or is fitted to the outside face 34a of the body part 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
