THROUGH-DIAPHRAGM WELDING JOINT STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through-diaphragm welding joint structure including a through-diaphragm welding joint and capable of preventing destruction from occurring in a welded metal part even in the case of undermatching.SOLUTION: A through-diaphragm welding joint structure formed by welding a square steel tube to a through-diaphragm is characterized in that a predetermined relationship is determined by the bevel angle α(°) of the L-shaped bevel of a welded part, a root gap g(mm), a banking height e(mm), the tensile strengthσ(M/mm) of welded metal, the tensile strengthσ(N/mm) of the corner part of the square steel tube, and the thickness t(mm) of the corner part of the square steel tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】通しダイヤフラム溶接継手を具備する通しダイヤフラム溶接継手構造体において、アンダーマッチングであっても溶接金属部で破壊が生じることを防止できる、通しダイヤフラム溶接継手構造体を提供する。【解決手段】通しダイヤフラムに角形鋼管を溶接してなる通しダイヤフラム溶接継手構造体であって、溶接部のレ形開先の開先角度をα(°)、ルートギャップをg(mm)、余盛り高さをe(mm)、溶接金属の引張強さをWMσu(N/mm2)、角形鋼管の角部の引張強さをcBMσu(N/mm2)、及び角形鋼管の角部の厚さをt(mm)としたとき、これらが所定の関係を満たす。【選択図】図4
