COLD ROLL FORMED SQUARE STEEL PIPE POST AND STRUCTURE OF WELDING JOINT OF THROUGH-DIAPHRAGM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold roll formed square steel pipe post and a structure of welding-joint of through-diaphragm capable of reducing the material cost for rolled steel by welding to join a through-diaphragm, which is formed of a rolled steel with a design strength lower than the design strength of a cold roll formed square steel pipe post, and the cold roll formed square steel pipe post, capable of reducing the welding cost by eliminating the labor hour for preheating in the welding work while increasing the productivity, resulting in a large reduction of construction cost.SOLUTION: In the welding joint structure between a cold roll formed square steel pipe post 1 and a through-diaphragm 2, the welding joint is carried out under the conditions that the design strength of the through-diaphragm 2 is lower than the design strength of the cold roll formed square steel pipe post 1.
【課題】冷間ロール成形角形鋼管柱の設計基準強度よりも低い設計基準強度の圧延鋼材で構成した通しダイアフラムと、前記冷間ロール成形角形鋼管柱とを溶接接合することにより、圧延鋼材の材料コストを削減すること、及び溶接における予熱の手間を省略して溶接コストを省略することができ、更に生産性が高く、ひいては建設コストを大幅に削減できる、冷間ロール成形角形鋼管柱と通しダイアフラムの溶接接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】冷間ロール成形角形鋼管柱1と通しダイアフラム2の溶接接合構造において、通しダイアフラム2の設計基準強度が、冷間ロール成形角形鋼管柱1の設計基準強度よりも低い条件で溶接接合されている。【選択図】図1
