STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR FIXING BRIDGE PIER EDGE WIDTH EXPANSION BRACKET TO BRIDGE PIER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for fixing a bridge pier edge width expansion bracket to a bridge pier that eliminate hole drilling work, significantly curtail work time, and enable the bridge pier edge width expansion bracket to be fixed firmly on a side surface of the bridge pier.SOLUTION: A structure for fixing a bridge pier edge width expansion bracket 4 to a bridge pier includes: a fixing member 7 having an end part arranged to be positioned inside an inner reinforcing bar, the end part having an anchor plate fitted in a plurality of chipped spaces formed over the inner reinforcing bar by chipping a side surface of a reinforced concrete bridge pier 1, and the other end part with a male screw part formed thereon, the fixing member being fixed with an inorganic or organic hardening agent filled and hardened in the chipped space; a base plate 10 of a prescribed thickness fixed by the fixing member and having a plurality of female screw holes formed for fixing the bridge pier edge width expansion bracket; and the bridge pier edge width expansion bracket to be fixed to the base plate with a bolt 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】穿孔作業を無くし、作業時間を著しく短縮し、強固に橋脚縁端拡幅ブラケットを橋脚側面に固定することが可能な橋脚縁端拡幅ブラケットの橋脚への固定構造及び橋脚縁端拡幅ブラケットの橋脚への固定工法を提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋コンクリート製橋脚１の側面をはつり内部鉄筋を超えるように形成された複数のはつり空間に定着板を取り付けた一端部が内部鉄筋の内側に位置するように配置され他端部に雄ねじ部が形成され前記はつり空間に充填硬化される無機系又は有機系の硬化剤により固定される固定部材７と、前記固定部材により固定され複数の橋脚縁端拡幅ブラケット固定用雌ねじ孔を形成した所定厚みのベースプレート１０と、前記ベースプレートにボルト１２により固定される橋脚縁端拡幅ブラケット４と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図７
