The invention discloses a bridge expansion joint pier and bridge connecting structure and relates to the field of bridges. The connecting structure comprises two connecting piece bodies, the same rubber mounting plate is mounted on the two connecting piece bodies, a plurality of telescopic springs are fixedly mounted on the top side of the rubber mounting plate, the same decorative plate is movably mounted on the telescopic springs, and two fixing plates are fixedly mounted on the bottom side of the rubber mounting plate. Through arrangement of the rubber mounting plate and a decorative plate,when an automobile is pressed on the decorative plate, the decorative plate can drive the multiple telescopic springs to be stressed and contracted, meanwhile, due to the fact that the rubber sealingbelt has elasticity, the decorative plate can be rapidly reset after the automobile passes by, and then the decorative plate has a good buffering function; therefore, the decorative plate can be effectively prevented from being damaged, the maintenance frequency of the decorative plate is reduced, and the use cost of the bridge expansion joint is reduced; and through the arrangement of the sealing rubber belt, the shock resistance of the decorative plate is effectively improved while impurities are effectively prevented from falling into the connecting piece body.
