PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drain water gathered in a meeting part, by providing a drain passage of the water gathered on an airtight material of the meeting part of inner-outer sashes.SOLUTION: A double-hung window comprises a window frame installed in a building opening part, an outer sash arranged in an upper area of the window frame when closing, and an inner sash supported so as to be capable of raising-lowering to the window frame and arranged in a lower area of the window frame when closing. A jamb of the window frame is provided with a hollow part for communicating with a hollow part of a lower frame, and a water guide part is provided under a stile of the outer sash for guiding water gathered on an airtight material of a meeting part of the outer sash and the inner sash to the hollow part provided in the jamb.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】、内、外障子の召合せ部の気密材上に溜まった水の排水経路を設けることにより、召合せ部に溜まった水を排水する。【解決手段】建物開口部に取付けられる窓枠と、閉鎖時に、窓枠の上方領域に配置される外障子と、窓枠に対して上げ下げ可能に支持され、閉鎖時に、窓枠の下方領域に配置される内障子とを備え、窓枠の縦枠には、下枠の中空部に連通する中空部を設け、外障子の縦框の下方には、外障子と内障子の召合せ部の気密材上に溜まった水を縦枠に設けた中空部に導く導水部を設けた。【選択図】図１１
