DOUBLE-HUNG WINDOW
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-hung window having high airtightness and heat insulation.SOLUTION: A double-hung window 1 comprises: a frame body 2 provided at a building opening; an upper sash 3 that is provided in the upper part inside the frame body and is fixed and held; and a lower sash 4 that is capable of being opened/closed and is housed in the lower part of the frame body. When the lower sash 4 is in the closed state, the lower sash 4 is positioned on the indoor side more than the upper sash 3; a top rail 16 is disposed so as to partially overlap with a bottom rail 12 of the upper sash 3 in the vertical direction of the lower sash 4. The frame body 2 includes a transom 9 that is provided between the upper sash 3 and lower sash 4 in the closed state and is connected to the frame body 2. The transom 9 is formed by a holding surface 9a installed on the outdoor side of the bottom rail 12 of the upper sash 3 and a hollow part 9b extending to the underside of the upper sash 3 so that the transom has an approximately L-shaped cross section; and the lower sash 4 is installed on the indoor side of the hollow part 9b. The bottom rail 12 of the upper sash 3 is pressed and sealed by using lower side first packing 27 provided on the holding surface 9a; the top rail 16 of the lower sash 4 is pressed and sealed by using an upper side second packing 30 provided on the hollow part 9b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高い気密性と断熱性を備えた上げ下げ窓を提供する。【解決手段】上げ下げ窓１は、建物開口部に設けた枠体２内の上部に設けた上障子３を固定保持し、下部に開閉可能な下障子４を納めた。下障子４の閉鎖状態で、下障子４は上障子３より屋内側に位置していて、下障子４の上下方向で上框１６は上障子３の下框１２と一部重複して配置されている。枠体２において、閉鎖状態の上障子３と下障子４との間に無目９を設けて枠体２に連結した。無目９は上障子３の下框１２の屋外側に設置した保持面９ａと上障子３の下側に延びるホロー部９ｂとで断面略Ｌ字状に形成し、ホロー部９ｂの屋内側に下障子４を設置した。保持面９ａに設けた下側第一パッキン２７で上障子３の下框１２を押圧して封止する。ホロー部９ｂに設けた上側第二パッキン３０で下障子４の上框１６を押圧して封止する。【選択図】図２
