PIPE CONNECTING MEMBER MOUNTING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connecting member mounting device capable of integrally forming cylindrical bodies of divided structure without using any welding and sealingly installing the cylindrical bodies to an existing fluid pipe and a pipe connection member.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a pipe connecting member mounting device 1 in which a pipe connecting member 20 is installed within a casing 10 for sealingly closing an existing fluid pipe 2 under non-cutoff flow condition, a cylindrical body 30 sealingly outward fitted to the existing fluid pipe 2 is extended and arranged over the interior and exterior of the casing 10, and the cylindrical body 30 is sealingly arranged at the existing fluid pipe 2 and the pipe connecting member 20. This device has first sealing members 34, 34' present at a clearance X between the divided end portions of the cylindrical body 30 divided in a circumferential direction and a separation abutment part Y where the cut portions separated in a circumferential direction abut each other, there are provided second sealing members 13, 13' sealing outer circumferential portions of the casing 10 and the cylindrical body 30. The first sealing means 34, 34' have, at a central part in an axial direction of the cylindrical body 30, the second sealing members 13, 13' and a sliding part 34a that slides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溶接を使用しないで分割構造の筒状体を一体化し、筒状体を既設流体管及び管接続部材に密封配置可能な管接続部材設置装置を提供すること。【解決手段】既設流体管２を密封する筐体１０内にて不断流状態で管接続部材２０を配置し、既設流体管２に密封外嵌される筒状体３０を筐体１０の内外に亘って延設配置し、筒状体３０を既設流体管２及び管接続部材２０に密封配置するための管接続部材設置装置１であって、周方向に分割される筒状体３０の分割端部間Ｘに介在する第１密封部材３４、３４’と、周方向に分離される切れ目同士が当接する分離当接部Ｙを有し、筐体１０と筒状体３０の外周部を密封する第２密封部材１３、１３’と、を備え、第１密封部材３４、３４’は、筒状体３０の軸方向の中央部に、第２密封部材１３、１３’と摺動する摺動部３４ａを有する。【選択図】図１
