PIPE BODY CONNECTING DEVICE BY WEDGE MEMBER
To provide a pipe body connecting device for easily performing connection by a wedge member by providing a connecting member at the tip of a horizontal steel pipe at the connecting flange of a vertical column for a temporary scaffold.SOLUTION: In a pipe body connecting device for connecting horizontal steel pipes with a connecting member at the end of the pipe to the connecting flange of a vertical support column for temporary scaffolding, the fitting part of the connecting member is fitted into the fitting hole of the connecting flange of the vertical support column, and the connecting member provided at the tip of the horizontal steel pipe comprises a foundation fixing member fixed to the horizontal steel pipe, a rocking member rocking in the connecting member, and a wedge member pressing the rocking member against the vertical strut in connection; the rocking member is pivoted so as to be rockable and movable in the longitudinal direction, an upper pressure contact part and a lower pressure contact part which are fixed to a vertical support column are provided in connection, a rocking member-side wedge slide part which slides the other surface of the wedge member is provided on the back surface of the rocking member, both slide parts are shaped so as to increase the distance upward, and a hook part which prevents the rocking member from dropping is provided at the lower end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】仮設足場のための縦支柱の接続フランジに水平鋼管の先端に接続部材を設け、クサビ部材によって簡単に接続を行う管体接続装置を提供する。【解決手段】仮設足場のための縦支柱の接続フランジに、水平鋼管の先端に接続部材を設けて接続する管体接続装置で、接続部材の嵌合部が縦支柱の接続フランジの嵌合孔に嵌合し、水平鋼管の先端に設けられた接続部材は水平鋼管に固着した基礎固定部材、接続部材内で揺動する揺動部材、接続の際に揺動部材を縦支柱に圧接するクサビ部材からなり、揺動部材が揺動自在で且つ前後方向にも移動可能に軸支され、接続に際しては縦支柱に固定する上部圧接部と下部圧接部が設けられ、揺動部材の背面には前記クサビ部材の他方の面をスライドさせる揺動部材側クサビスライド部を設け、両スライド部は上方に向かって距離を増すような形状であり、下端は揺動部材の落下を防ぐ鉤部を設けた管体接続装置。【選択図】図１
