EXTREMITY MEMBER FOR UNDERGROUND HEAT EXCHANGER, MAIN BODY FOR UNDERGROUND HEAT EXCHANGER, UNDERGROUND HEAT EXCHANGER, UNDERGROUND HEAT EXCHANGING SYSTEM, AND WORKING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremity end member for an underground heat exchanger that is installed at a low cost.SOLUTION: An extremity end member 1 is arranged at an end part 21 of an outer pipe 2, includes an extremity end part 1a and a rear end part 1b capable of closing the end part 21 against liquid medium in a liquid-tight manner and there is provided a fixing part capable of winding a wire material 3 around an outer circumferential side surface of an outer pipe 2 when the extremity end member 1 is buried in the ground while being rotated. A main body 41 for an underground heat exchanger includes the extremity end member 1 and the outer pipe 2 and the wire material 3 is wound around the outer circumferential side surface 23 of the outer pipe 2. The underground heat exchanger includes the main body 41 and a resin inner pipe. A clearance formed between the inner pipe and the outer pipe 2 is applied as a liquid medium flow passage. The underground heat exchanging system includes an underground heat exchanger and flowing means for flowing the liquid medium. A method of this system includes a step for fixing one end 31 of the wire material 3 to the fixing part, raising up the extremity end 1a against the ground, rotating the outer pipe 2, winding the wire material 3 around the outer circumferential side surface 23, forming the main body 41 there and burying it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】低コストで敷設するための地中熱交換器用先端部材等を提供する。【解決手段】先端部材1は、外管2の端21に配置され、先端部1aと端21を液媒に対して液密に閉塞できる後端部1bとを備え、先端部材1を回転させながら地中に埋設する際に線材3を外管2の外周側面に巻回できる固定部を備える。地中熱交換器用本体41は、先端部材1と外管2とを備え、線材3が外管2の外周側面23に巻回されている。地中熱交換器は本体41と、樹脂製の内管と、を備え、内管と外管2とで形成される隙間を液媒の流路とする。本地中熱交換システムは地中熱交換器とその内部に液媒を流通させるための流通手段とを備える。本システムの方法は、固定部に線材3の一端31を固定したうえで先端部1aを地面に立てて外管2を回転させて外周側面23に線材3を巻回しながら本体41をその場で形成して埋設する工程を備える。【選択図】図4
