INSTALLATION METHOD FOR VERTICAL-TYPE UNDERGROUND HEAT EXCHANGER WITH HEAT CONDUCTION EFFICIENCY IMPROVED
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground heat exchanger that may be installed at general households, with which the heat conduction efficiency of a vertical-type underground heat exchanger for a vertical-type underground heat pump has been improved for reducing the total drilling depth for the installation hole and the length of U-tubes, and for reducing the installation and running costs.SOLUTION: An installation method for a vertical-type underground heat exchanger of the present invention comprises: a step for drilling a vertical installation hole through the ground with a drilling machine; a step for inserting to the bottom of the installation hole more than a pair of U-tubes, a deaerator for deaerating concrete before solidification and a lifting device for lifting the deaerator to the ground surface; a step for filling unsolidified concrete into the installation hole; a step for deaerating the unsolidified concrete while lifting the deaerator from the installation hole filled with the concrete; and a step for hardening the concrete.
【課題】垂直型地中熱ヒートポンプ用の垂直型地中熱利用熱交換器の熱伝導効率を上げることによって、設置孔の合計掘削深さ及びU字管の長さを削減し、設置費用とランニングコスト下げ、一般家庭でも設置可能な地中熱交換器を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の垂直型地中熱利用熱交換器は、掘削機で地面に垂直に設置孔を掘削する段階と、設置孔の底部まで1対以上のU字管、凝固前のコンクリートを脱気する脱気装置、及び脱気装置を地表まで引揚げる引揚装置を挿入する段階と、設置孔に凝固前のコンクリートを充填する段階と、コンクリートが充填された設置孔から前記脱気装置を引揚げながら凝固前のコンクリートを脱気する段階と、コンクリートを硬化させる段階と、を含んで設置されたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図3
