TRACK MEASUREMENT DEVICE AND TRACK MEASUREMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track measurement device and a measurement method capable of confirming whether or not to be finished in an optimal position for a new rail when measuring a track after maintenance-free track construction.SOLUTION: A track measurement device comprises a frame (11) having two rolling wheels (27) movable on one rail of a railway rail and one rolling wheel (18) movable along the other rail, at least two first measurement rollers (26a and 26b) for setting a height so as to contact with a part lower by a predetermined distance from an upper surface of the one rail in response to the two rolling wheels, and a second measurement roller (19) for setting a height so as to contact with a part lower by the predetermined distance from an upper surface of the other rail in response to the one rolling wheel, and has respectively a roller part in a different height position in response to a kind of measurement object rail as the second measurement roller, and can be replaced by preparing a plurality of replacement rollers detachably constituted in a predetermined position of the frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】省力化軌道工事後の軌道計測の際に新品のレールにとって最適な位置で仕上がっているか否か確認することが可能な軌道計測装置および計測方法を提供する。【解決手段】鉄道用レールの一方のレール上を移動可能な2個の転動輪(27)および他方のレールに沿って移動可能な1個の転動輪(18)を備えたフレーム(11)と、前記2個の転動輪に対応して一方のレールの上面から所定距離低い部位に接触するように高さが設定された少なくとも2個の第1測定用ローラ(26a,26b)と、前記1個の転動輪に対応して他方のレールの上面から所定距離低い部位に接触するように高さが設定された第2測定用ローラ(19)とを備えた軌道計測装置において、前記第2測定用ローラとして、それぞれ計測対象のレールの種類に応じて異なる高さ位置にローラ部を有し、前記フレームの所定部位に着脱可能に構成された複数の交換用ローラを用意して交換可能にした。【選択図】図2
