PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sidewalk installation type disaster prevention shelter that is capable of not only exerting a buffer function but also making the inside of a shelter be bright and environmentally preferable by using the sunlight from above at the normal time.SOLUTION: A sidewalk installation type disaster prevention shelter includes: a plurality of support pillars 3 that are arranged at intervals on each of the building side and the roadway side on a side walk 1 provided between a building and a roadway; an upper frame that connects the pillars with each other at their top ends; a light-transmissive and rain-proof protection roof 11 that is stretched above the upper frame; and a buffer material 14 that is separated from and provided on the upper side of the protection roof and is in a net-like shape, porous plate-like shape, or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】緩衝機能を発揮することができることは勿論のこと平時にあっては上方からの太陽光を通してシェルター内を明るく環境上好ましいものにすることのできる歩道設置型防災シェルターを提供する。【解決手段】建造物と車道の間に設けられた歩道１上の建造物側と車道側とにそれぞれ複数本間隔を置いて配列された支柱３と、これら支柱同士をその上端においてつなぐ上部のフレームと、上部のフレームに張設された透光性で防雨型の防護ルーフ１１と、防護ルーフの上側に離れて設けられた網状あるいは多孔板状などの緩衝材１４とを有する。【選択図】図２
