PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side walk installation type disaster prevention shelter with a simple structure which can exert a buffer function surely especially against a falling object in emergency.SOLUTION: A side walk installation type disaster prevention shelter comprises a plurality of columns arranged at an interval along a side walk installed between a building and a roadway in the longer direction, an upper frame installed through top edges of the columns, a rain-proof type protective roof through the upper frame, and a net-like or perforated plate-like buffer material installed above the protective roof in a separated state, and the buffer material is supported through elastically deformable elastically-supporting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 構造が簡略でありながら特に非常時の落下物に対する緩衝機能を確実に発揮し得るようにした歩道設置型防災シェルターを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 建造物と車道の間に設けられた歩道に沿ってその長手方向に複数本間隔を置いて配列された支柱と、これら支柱の上端を介して設けられた上部のフレームと、この上部のフレームを介して設けられた防雨型の防護ルーフと、防護ルーフの上側に離れて設けられた網状あるいは多孔板状などの緩衝材とを有する歩道設置型防災シェルターであって、前記緩衝材は、弾性変形型の弾支手段を介して支持されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
