TENSION ADJUSTING DEVICE AND BRACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension adjusting device which can easily perform tension adjustment by using a light-weight tool in addition to the dimension adjustment of a brace as a whole, is small in size, and improved in appearance and economy, and the brace using the same.SOLUTION: A tension adjustment device 5 is composed of a bolt main body 1 and a pair of female screw members 6, 7a. An end part joining member 23 is connected to one female screw member 6, a round steel made brace main body 21 is screwed to the other female screw member 7a, and a brace 40 is formed. Furthermore, by covering a pair of the female screw members 6, 7a with a cylindrical member 41 which is divided into an axial core direction while opening the cylindrical member so as to straddle a pair of the female screw members, and pouring a grout material 42 which is composed of high-intensity non-shrinkage cement or the like from an opening part 41a, the protection and curing of male screw parts 3, 4 of the bolt main body 1 become possible. At the pouring, since the grout material 42 is made to smoothly flow by the existence of a plurality of grooves 2a which are formed at a periphery of a tool locking part 2, a pouring effect can be enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ブレース全体の寸法調整に加え、軽量の工具で簡単に張力調節を行うことができ、小型で美観や経済性も向上した張力調節装置と、これを用いたブレースを提供する。【解決手段】張力調節装置5は、ボルト本体1と一対の雌ねじ部材6,7aからなる。一方の雌ねじ部材6には端部接合部材23が結合される一方、他方の雌ねじ部材7aには丸鋼製のブレース本体21の螺着がされ、ブレース40が形成される。さらに、軸心方向に分断された筒状部材41を開きながら一対の雌ねじ部材6,7aに跨るように被せ、開口部41aから高強度の無収縮セメント等からなるグラウト材42を注入することにより、ボルト本体1の雄ねじ部3,4の保護と養生を行うことが可能になる。注入に際しては、工具掛止部2の周面に形成された複数の溝2aの存在によりグラウト材42の流動が円滑に行われるので注入効果を高めることができる。【選択図】図6
