BASE-ISOLATED JOINT STRUCTURE ON PILE HEAD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated structure on a pile head that effectively conveys shear force and bending moment, the base-isolated structure on a pile head having a shorter pile head reinforcing bar that does not interfere with reinforcing bars of a foundation beam and a footing, thus facilitating reinforcing bar arrangement work.SOLUTION: A base-isolated structure on a pile head rigidly connects, through a footing 5, a pile 3 and a foundation beam 4 on a lower part of base-isolation rubber 2 on which a building frame 1 is mounted. The base-isolated structure on a pile head includes a pile head reinforcing member 6 provided on a pile head of a pile 3 and having at least a screw at a tip, a plate 7 through which a hole for inserting the screw of the pile head reinforcing member 6 is formed, and a protruded member 8 provided on an outer peripheral side on a top surface of the plate 7 than the hole. The footing 5 is installed on the plate 7 by tightening a nut 10 on the screw that protrudes from the hole of the plate 7. Specifically, the pile head reinforcing member 6 is a screw-knotted reinforcing bar, the protruded member 8 is a stud bolt, and the pile 3 is a PHC pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】杭頭補強筋を短くして、基礎梁及びフーチングの鉄筋との干渉を無くし、配筋作業を容易にして、せん断力と曲げモーメントを有効に伝達できる杭頭免震構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物躯体1を載せる免震ゴム2の下部に、杭3と基礎梁4とをフーチング5を介して剛結する杭頭免震構造において、杭3の杭頭に設けられ、少なくとも先端にネジを有する杭頭補強部材6と、その杭頭補強部材6のネジを通す孔が設けられるプレート7と、そのプレート7の上面で孔より外周側に設けられる突起部材8と、を備える。そして、プレート7の孔から突出するネジにナット10を締め付けて、プレート7上にフーチング5が設置される。具体的には、杭頭補強部材6はネジ節鉄筋、突起部材8はスタッドボルト、杭3はPHC杭である。【選択図】図1
